A friend pointed me to this financial site so I thought I'd share. The guy behind the site teaches corporate finance and equity valuation at NYU Stern School of Business. The site is very thorough and useful (and spam-free), including two complete manuscripts of his books: Investment Philosophies and Investment Valuation.

Main site: http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/
Investment Philosophies: http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar...vphil/book.htm
Investment Valuation: http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar...ln2ed/book.htm

Enjoy

The valuation book is one of the standards in the investment industry.
