Otar Retirement Calculator yields a Billion $-WHY?

I got the 2017 version of the Otar Retirement Calculator. For some reason it calculates I will have a billion plus dollars after selling my income properties worth about $950,000 in five years (3.5% appreciation). I thought it was the beta of 1.4 I had incorrectly assigned to my stocks. But changing the beta to 1 still gives the impossible result. The run looked more reasonable as it was processing but at the end I had that billion.

Thanks for your help if you use the Otar Retirement calculator.

-greg

ps. I'm using it on XP professional and Excel 2007

This must be a programming error. I suggest you ask Otar.

Or you were supposed to fill in thousands of dollars, like 950 instead of 950,000. Not familiar with that tool so I have no idea.
