fluctuates​

even though millions are traded .How can this be ?

Never fluctuates? look at the 52 week range. Thats 10x.

I know it's a weird stock . I have a few penney or less than a penney stocks just for the fun of it .It's interesting to read how involved people get in these stocks and how they are manipulated .
