Here's the skinny...

7500 currently in UBS Roth IRA (BNPCX)
8000 currently in UBS general MF account (BNPCX)

would like to move to VG with 80% in VFINX (500 Index) and 20% in VEIEX (emerging markets index). Is it possible to move over the general account into one Roth? Or must I set up two separate accounts?

You will need 2 accounts. The non-Roth money could be added to the Roth as a contribution later. So just move the non-Roth to a money market fund at Vanguard, then make your 2008 contribution from there. If you have not made your 2007 contribution, you can also make the contribution from there. The usual Roth eligibility requirements apply.
