Portfolio Optimizer

Hello:

Is anyone aware of a free to use portfolio optimizer tool/program? I think these are technically known as mean variance optimizers. After you put in different combinations of asset classes, these optimizers will find the portfolios that would have generated the best combinations of returns and volatility historically.

RiskGrades.com is a site I used to use and still looks like it's active. Somewhat cumbersome, I don't think it had much automation and depended on specific fund/stock selections rather than classes, but it was interesting.
