Not that this is news to anyone. I was putzing around of MSN's money site. I found my way to their strategy lab where they use different method for picking stocks. Then I noticed they started this round of picking stocks in January. So the returns they were showing was a YTD.
Then I noticed that my boring little FIDO target date and FIDO international funds had a ytd of 7.7% which is pretty good but not any better than people here, its been a good few months.
Funny thing is that of all the stock pickers I am beating all but one by at least 1% and the only picker that is beating me is beating me by 0.2%. Pretty good for a guy who hasnt chosen his investments for a few years.
Just a fun little thing I noticed. Im sure glad im not an expert- or I wouldnt be making as much money!
