Reason 37 b (6) to FIRE

Mowing your grass on a Monday. I used to try to mow, trim (an acre and a half!) etc. every Saturday and then have time left over for fun. Football Saturdays (GO Hawks!) were a wipe out. Now I can play all weekend if I want to and mow my grass on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or whatever. Better yet, I can search for a condo or townhouse so I don't have to mow at all! I'm starting to get the hang of this.

I do the townhouse thing. 8)

I retired from lawn mowing in 1986 - I absolutely hated it!

As soon as I convince Mrs. Setab, I'm there.* We do have a lot of wildlife to watch here, however.* Deer, pheasants, rabbits, a fox now and then and even wild turkeys on occasion.* Then there are all the birds at the feeder.* Still, townhouses are looking better and better.

With 100+ degree weather, and watering restrictions, and sky-high water bills, the charm of having a yard is dwinding fast.
