It was an interesting article but it didn't give any kind of percentage breakdown between stocks and bonds.

At the bottom it says a version of the article appeared in some morningstar publication, where I'm betting it was accompanied by a diagram with some percentages. Although the percentages for each are pretty guessable.

40, 50, 60, 70 and 80% equities as you read down.
