San Diego Housing Prices

I thought you all might get a kick out of the following mailer. This is real estate in my zip code - city of San Diego about 3 miles from downtown. The listed zipcode is certainly not the highest real estate values in the city. The houses are typically on 50 X 100 lots except where house sq ft exceeds 3500. Then the lot is probably a "double" (10,000 sq ft). Also these are not asking prices, but "sold" prices in May.

Move to Vegas. The prices are only half that!
