Thank you Brewer! *I was beginning to doubt myself... *Nahhhhhhhhhh just the modest wine I was slurping! *Now, who knows a McJOB (and qualifying time) I can pick up and qualify in short order to roll fund into in the year I turn 55 *I really don't wanna wait thill 59 & 1/2 to get to play! *I prefer not to have the 5 year 72T restrictions as there are some moving targets on the horizon. * McMansion, relocation, kids etc *

Same with us, but consider the period of free interest AND the leverage with the kids to assure that they stay on task.* DH and I both remembered our years at the U and the students who goofed off because they had indulgent parents.*

Some of us are willing to fund higher education for the sake of learning; others view it as an investment for future earning power.* We were the latter and worked with them to find the best value (not the cheapest) in school programs.*

Don't let the kid's need for college funds put you in a needless squeeze while you are adjusting your finances.
