Recycles dryer sheets
My wife and just starting collection SS this year with a 12% tax witholding (Federal). At the end of the year do we get some type of form that reflects this that I turn over to my tax preparer?

And I've heard that these forms tend to get thrown away - I guess because they don't look like tax forms, or because they are associated with SS? You can get a replacement but it's hassle and time.
Anyway, I believe they're mailed out in January every year, so keep an eye out for them then.

+1, I do taxes and that is the biggest hold up for filing as many people say "oh I never got one of those" when they actually threw them in the garbage.
