SWR by year?

Does anyone have a history of SWRs by year? Perhaps for depletion over 30 years or maintenance of real portfolio size over 30 years? Since the main danger is a crash just after retirement, and peaks are followed by lows, I was wondering how the SWR would be affected by selecting the first portfolio low within a few years of retirement to base the SWR on.
