I am retiring in less than a month and I want to thank you for having a big hand in helping me with the planning to make this possible. Specifically, your early posts on the MF REHP and your on-line calculator helped me a lot in figuring out the "multiple streams of income" approach and in developing a phased approach to generating income. Also, your posts on actual retirement costs helped me a lot in developing projections which I hope will turn out to be accurate.

I will retire on my 58th birthday, not particularly early by classic RE standards, but earlier than the average person. Your calculations and ideas (along with intercst's pioneering work) were big contributors to the decision.
