Kaiser raised my premiums by $10/month or 5.7% My copays didn't increase so my total health care expenditures will probably increase by 5%...

So some of us are experiencing less than double digit increases.

You only pay $175/month? I (and my employer) pay around $1300 (family plan) and still have deductibles of $1000 per person and 20% copays after that, mine went up 12%. We are healthy and not high risk. Kaiser is a little cheaper than UHC but not that much.

Are you young or is yours mostly paid by your employer? If mostly paid by the employer are you sure they didn't pick most of the increase?
