TIRA Withdrawl Challanges - Do you know all the rules?

Just came across this interesting article on the possible mistakes you can make if/when you start withdrawing funds from a Traditional IRA.

I thought I knew it all, with a few simple rules, but the article (along with the two-page flowchart and table) puts it in quite a different light, IMHO.

Interesting, but for non-spousal beneficiaries I believe he incorrectly applies the Single Life Table. AFAIK, the Single Life Table establishes only the first year's RMD "multiple" for the beneficiary. To find the "multiple" after the first year, the beneficiary does not refer to the table again, but rather uses the original "multiple" minus 1.
