Update on my ER at 39 in 2008

Im still fine despite being increasingly bearish (realistic) since 2010....

Yea I was rude, yea I was accused of trolling, probably deserved it...

Still ERed at 43 and I still have more $$$ than I had when I quit

So, so far going Galt has been the way to go....

If you have time (Retired early) and your not offended by pure Libertarian thinking read Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand....

Steve o,

Wheeeeewwww! Thought you might be referring to a former poster. Even I am not THAT conservative (as an investor).

By the way, when suggesting "Atlas Shrugged", you might suggest setting aside some time. A LOT of time. YMMV

Thank you for the update and congratulations for preserving your capital since FIRE (even increasing it).

So....what do you do all day? Besides read Rand.

Not a trolling question; I'm genuinely interested. Retiring at 39 and staying retired is awesome.
