What is the MINIMUM I would have to make to qualify for ACA?

HH of 1. I always see questions about making "too much" but I was toying with some (probably irrational) ideas about how I could leave job before qualifying for pension/insurance. Savings would not count as income so not sure what number I would have to shoot for.

It may depend on your state, and whether or not it included the medicaid expansion. Which means it is either the FPL as a minumum, or 138% of the FPL.

Your profile says that your are in Alaska and if that is correct you will have to reference the Alaska FPL chart which is higher. 2019 Alaska FPL 138% is $21,528.00.

The website below returns HH1 in Alaska, if your income is $21,528 - $39,000, You may qualify for a Marketplace plan with lower monthly premiums plus extra savings, including lower deductibles and copayments. To get the extra savings, you must enroll in a plan in the Silver category.
