Yeah, NIMBY is a big problem right now.

We'll see how it goes when gas is 7.50 a gallon and even the 40mpg hybrid people paid $5k over sticker for this year is expensive to drive.

Or after a million people pay up for an electric car, plug it in and then get either a $500 electric bill at the end of the month or have all the lights in the state go out for a couple of hours a day...

Solar might have its day, but if it should ever become cost effective for the average joe the competition will probably wipe out most of the profitability.

But if its nukes...someones gonna have to design and build them, supply parts, mine and refine the fuel, etc.
