Where should Target Retirement Funds go?

I'm considering going into either the Vanguard or T Rowe Target Retirement funds (probably near the 2045 schedule). I'm wondering if these are specifically geared for Tax-free accounts like IRAs or is it advisable to just do it across all accounts, like:

I have 25k in Taxable Accounts
I have 25k in a mix of Roth and Trad IRAs

would it be best just to go all in on all accounts? Or is it a better idea to use these in non-taxed accounts and the taxable ones should allocate yourself into low-tax-rate ETFs, etc?

I personally use the Vanguard Target Retirement Funds for my 401K & Roth IRA.* The TR funds adjust over time (to a more conservative allocation) and this will cause taxable events in a taxable account.* *

Roths are a gift from God.

Can you convert your 25k in "taxable" accounts to Roths?

Be aware that you wouldn't be able to touch that money without penalty for 5 years.
