If in retirement I have the following mix

After tax
MM $25k
stock funds $275k

Tax advantaged
4 year CD ladder $100k
bonds/TIPs $425k
stock funds $275k

assuming a market that isn't crashing, is it best to use dividends and the sale of stock in my after tax accounts to replenish my MM, rebalancing as I go. Then use any diference between my taxable income and the 15% tax limit to do an IRA to ROTH conversion. Repeat until I have exhausted the after tax funds and then start using the tax advantaged income?
