Who buys and sells small businesses?

We have two commercial property listing services that I know of in our region. I was browsing them recently (don't ask), and there wasn't much of interest on either one.

Then I found these guys. Korean owned and staffed. With quite a bit of interesting inventory:

I never really thought about this before, but do small businesses usually trade in this seemingly cliquish manner?

Interesting that the inventory seems to fit stereotypes of Korean businesses. I didn't see any Internet Cafes and I know that Korea is the most wired country in the world. Only two coffee places and a Mom-golian grill.

I like the ones where if you can't read Korean you can't even find out what is for sale.
