Sorry Big Jim wasn't very clear. I was talking about this thread (it was mistakenly started and I hijacked it a wee bit). I should have used a lot of tongue in (salmon) cheek grins with my goofiness. I'm still looking for backers for the Diner chain though and for those that go in as partners will also get a dish named after them and for those that don't they will get a dish named after them.
