Factors to consider in Planning: Run with me?

I got this little e-book online that defined a whole bunch of things that every prospective retiree should think about before retiring.

I've worked through the factors and have found it really coalescing in my thinking, and was happy that I'd actually already taken most of them into account.

Would anybody be interested in running with them with me again for new perspectives?
