Fit brain trainer for iPhone

I recently installed Fit Brain Trainer by Rosetta Stone on my iPhone, and I really like it, but they only let you play a little bit and then ask you to upgrade and the upgrade fee is extremely expensive ($7.99 monthly, $39.99 yearly). I have since installed a couple of more Apps (Lumosity and Elevate) and they are OK (different and fun to some degree). They all seem to charge monthly fees.

Is there something similar to Fit Brain Trainer and it doesn't cost as much?

Go to www.mybrainsolutions.com

Happy to say I was part of a large team who developed this. I don't get royalties or payment so I'm not promoting because of that.
Rather, while there is a brain assessment and custom dashboard you can pay for there are a bunch of apps that are free, each app helps a different issue, such as memory, positivity bias, cognition.

May not be what you are looking for but the apps are free.

Cheers!

Sorry about the misspell. Was doing the posting without my reading glasses!

Corrected in my original post as well.

WOW, this was so much fun to do! Thank you very much for the link. I scored pretty good on the thinking part (although I scored terribly on the maze.) It looks like my brain is still working rather well for my age and that's a relief. My thinking and emotion scores were high, whereas social capacity was below expectations (self-professed introvert) which was one thing that showed up below expectations. (That part is a questionnaire so I guess people could manipulate that, especially if the results are used by your employer for example...)

Glad to hear that you enjoyed it. I hope you plan to use the apps. Our outcome studies showed that a person got measurable improvement with just 15 minutes three times weekly.

Yes, I started doing the apps too, but not much - too tired, but so far, it's been fun. I wish this worked with iPhone too, but since it requires a quick mouse input etc, I guess not, but it's OK. It's been fun. Thanks for sharing the link (although you are not getting paid for it )

Go to the Apple App Store and search My Brain Solutions. You can get the apps there, and train from your iPhone!

Irishgirl

Just FYI - the mobile version is $29.99 after a week trial. I do like the app so I will use the PC version.

Yep. Sorry I was not more clear. Been nursing a bad sinus infection- explanation not an excuse as I should have given you a more accurate response.

Many of the MBS apps are free, such as My Calm Beat, Faces-Names and Spinball Wizard.

Sorry if I caused confusion relative to the price vs free apps.
