Yes, there is a time limit that they can have the meat available to customers. You should be fine as long as you shop at a grocery store that is part of a major chain. I do have a tendancy to stay away from marinated meat, not because of a bad experience, I just don't like it.

The stores have guidelines that they must go by and have inspectors that stop by with no notice.

I have never worked in the above areas. It's just that my dad was a butcher for 25 years and I learned a lot from him.

There's no need to complicate, our time is short..

Rarely use coupons too much w#rk. We buy store brand whenever it's available. Stock up on sale items. Save money on food by using the grocery store and our kitchen more and restaurants less.

That does it, I'm going to make another go at being vegetarian; it's a tried a true way to save dough.
