What's your gift to yourself?
I had a self-winding watch for years, all the way from school through work, and I loved it. But because of dust and sweat it needed periodic cleaning, and I met a guy who'd do it.
It needed it again when I quit, so I dropped it off. But he passed away, so I went watchless (nobody gave me any gold watch!).
But I got a new one today. White background, numerals, day of month, leather strap. What you need, even with a smartphone. My left wrist is wondering why I am so attentive.
We made it two years! Treat yourself!
