Great snapshot of how things are going. At least they're having the workshop about foreclosures before the one on buying a house.

I love the little annuities jab in the middle.

I'll bet if you go to one and be vocal they"ll ask you not to come back. Especially the annuity workshop.

Funny. That used to happen with every class I've gone to.
