You know, that is just what I was thinking. Some things just seem to fall in place, sometimes.

My, my, my!

You congratulated me last year, I clearly recall with a smile. Now it's your turn!

You can't keep a good Cajun girl down, sez steelyman.

Congratulations!!

The best part is that it is right next door to F's house. So, barring the unforeseen, we'll be next door neighbors soon. Our houses will be no more than 20 feet apart.

Congratulations!

Congrats W2R! It's great that you found a house that you like next door to Frank. Now he can bring you breakfast every morning.

Hey, I'm not technically Cajun but I DO like Cajun food, and Cajun music. So that's got to count for something. Thanks, BTW.

I'll try to keep the wild parties and loud music at a low roar.

Thanks! Before the end of the month, for the convenience of the sellers. So I've got to get busy. I haven't even begun packing!

Thanks! He usually sleeps late - - I'd starve! But we'll continue to have lunch together shortly after he awakens, as we do every day.

Congratulations W2R! This is great news. They say the three most important things about real estate are Location, Location, Location and it sounds like you've got all three.

I spent all day yesterday looking at assisted living websites and building a list of questions. The candidate list has been pared down to less than 10 and now it's time to start calling for interviews.

Yesterday we took our canoe to the river camp and paddled for an hour or so. DW decided that she didn't think she would be able to make it upstream if it was just her and her sister in the canoe for fishing, too much current in a few spots. Ordered an electric trolling motor from Walmart and will pick it up later in the week with all the accessories. (battery/battery case/charger)

Will also have to register the canoe with our DMV since it will now be a "motorized" craft. $10 per year for the registration after paying the sales tax. I'm hoping I find out I'm wrong about the registration but will see.

W2R and F can now visit in bathrobes and no need to drive. Such luxury.

Congrats on the new digs.
