When To Buy
Need to know when is the best time of year / season to buy the following:

Patio Furniture
House Furniture
Appliances
Entertainment Equipment
Mattresses

Also, where's the best place to find the best deals? Are the "big box" stores good deal places (eg., Costco, Sam's etc) ?

Now is the best time to buy patio furniture as the stores are clearing it out . I have bought patio furniture at the big box stores and it is fine for the year round abuse it gets in Florida . I did buy one set at Patio America and that has been outstanding in wear .

We just sold everything to move out of country...people got an awesome deal on everything. We used Craigslist, Pennysaver & had 2 weekends of estate sales. We made $7k, but we worked $9k in labor & stress.

People who really want to sell their stuff are always willing to negotiate.
