Nope! That's because if I had thought about it long enough on my own
I might have come to the same options. The thing is, it took the
act of actually meeting and brainstorming to get my creative
juices flowing. One thing I would not have thought of though...........
I asked him what he thought about being a co-exceutor with my
spouse. He said that was okay and he had done it. However, he
would require me to go home and MAIL him a letter requesting this.
He thought attorneys who wrote wills and just inserted their
names as exceutor/co-executor were operating on the edge of
propriety.
