It is getting so very close! Found the right house in the right "active adult community" in Florida. Close on it January 14, 2015. Current house is up for sale. Ideal situation would be sell and close a week or two after closing on the Florida house. Oh yes, give my two-week notice around the middle of January. Then make a door-to-door move, get settled, and get to work on my Florida Daily Retired Schedule!
