My stepdad sold and and moved to FL.... found a job as maintenence at a fleamarket for 2.5 days a week, they love him, he can fix/build anything, in April he packs up and comes back north living at a campground at which he also does maintenence and odd jobs for his site rent and some pay until Oct. He loves it, works as little or as much as he wants while his wife watches the grandchildren up here. They are both loving their retirement.
