Missed the Roth 401k

I just changed jobs (less than 2 months in). Yesterday I received my last quarterly statement from my old company's 401k provider notifying me that the company had just enacted a Roth 401k provision.

I'm really bummed because my new employer's 401k is not as good and definitely does not have a Roth 401k option.
