Haven't been released yet to my knowledge. Based on what we've seen so far, assuming no major surprises the IRA limits are expected to remain at $5000, and the 401K limits are expected to rise by $500 to $17,000. These are not yet official but most of the folks "estimating" what will happen are suggesting this.

Catchup limits for 50+ are also expected to remain unchanged.

"Hey, for every ten dollars, that's another hour that I have to be in the work place. That's an hour of my life. And my life is a very finite thing. I have only 'x' number of hours left before I'm dead. So how do I want to use these hours of my life? Do I want to use them just spending it on more crap and more stuff, or do I want to start getting a handle on it and using my life more intelligently?" -- Joe Dominguez (1938 - 1997)

It's official now:
IRS Announces Pension Plan Limitations for 2012

No changes on the IRA contribution limit, but the phaseout incomes have changed. 401k limits rose $500 as predicted.
