Target retirement choices?

My wife and I are 35 years old and planning ER at 55 years old (crossing fingers). We currently have ROTH IRA's with Vanguard and Fildelity with Target Retirement 2035 funds. Should we switch them to 2025 funds or keep them at 2035?

You can really go either way depending on how much risk you are comfortable with. I would stay with the 2035 if you expect to start withdrawals later. These is only like a 10% difference in the stock/bond ratio so its just a judgment call on your part.

My wife will be retiring next year and I intend to move her 403b fund into the Vanguard 2025 fund as I will have a COLAd pension and we can handle the risk. We hope not to draw out of her fund for 5 or 10 years.
