No, I don't really belong on an early retirement forum, but I guess I can dream, right? As I posted in my introduction I suffer from "bag lady syndrome" and thus plan to work for awhile yet. No pension, although I do have some good savings accumulating. We'll see how I feel when I'm 65.

*Retirement age could happen anytime now. Every two years they do a retention board to see if they want to keep people around that have made their vested military years.

FI now and able to cover all living expenses.
Working till 56 to access defined contribution, and to be able to afford some extra luxuries like living overseas for a few months in a year, replace that luxury car every few years etc
