Can't post to an 'open for now' FAQ

In the thread 'List of countries offering retirement visas?' the last post states "Unlike the other FAQ threads, we plan to leave this one open (for now) so that people can update it as they learn more." I'm unable to post or quote. Error message states:

ItDontMeanAThing, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

A few minutes before trying to post in the FAQ I was able to post in a normal thread.

FYI, I got the same message two days ago, but I can still post in any other thread.

It turns out to be a forum permissions issue. I have moved that thread back to Life After FIRE and made it sticky. Try posting to it now.
