editing thread title or deleting thread?

ugh. I just had a brain fart and put up a new thread with a title with some errors. I know I can edit the post but not the title.

However, for regular reply posts there's the option to delete the post entirely.

I'd have done this to correct the error and re-post the New Thread, but that option's not available, either.

Is there any way to allow users to delete their own New Threads, as long as there are no replies? Second-best would be a way to edit thread titles.

Any mod can fix the thread title for you if you want. Point me to the place and I'll fix.
