Can you be more precise about where that box is on the User CP page? I don't see it.

- scroll down to "Messaging & Notifications" and check the box titled "Receive Email from Our Community"

I don't know why those boxes were unchecked. I didn't intend to be unfriendly & uncommunicative (though some who know me might disagree!).
