New post notification feature

Sorry, I see Martha already answered the question while I was typing. This software doesn't seem to tell you that someone else posted while you were typing the way the old software did.

Andy, FIRE'd@51 points out a nice feature in the old forum software. Does vBulletin have the capability to do this so we can avoid duplicate (or in this case, triplicate) responses?
