so I put somebody on my ignore list today

Thinks s/he gets paid by the post

so I put somebody on my ignore list today

Only problem is that the dude responded several times and several members responded to him and quoted his threadcrapping... So I guess that doesnt work very well

The trick is to persist in adding names to your "Ignore Poster" list.

Eventually all the people who would bother to respond to the "dude" will be on "ignore" as well, and three-quarters of the thread will roll by with one name after another on your "ignored" roster...

Even if the threadcrapper is quoted, at least you can rest assured that you're getting the "Best Of Threadcrapper" without having to wade through the rest of the dreck.
