Adjustments to Equity/FI Ratio with Age
The FireCalc survival rates are calculated based on the Equity/FI ratio you enter with an assumption that ratio does not change over time. Is there a way to calculate the affect of making adjustments to the ratio over time. For example you start by entering an initial 50/50 ratio and then you want to reduce the equity allocation by 1% each year. Is there a way to determine the survivalbility of the portfolio?
Thanks |

Re: Adjustments to Equity/FI Ratio with Age
Nope -- sorry. Maybe in the next revision.
