Are taxes considered in the calculations when using the 'Start Here" 3 item numbers required in FIRECalc finally assessment report?

Yes, taxes are an item of spending just like all the rest.

Yes, most of the historical sequence calculators have that assumption, while Fidelity's calculator for example, one needs to input the estimated tax rates for Fed and State.
