Minor bugs - FIRECalc 3

Bill, looks to me like at least two points of data are not retained upon saving a session: one is the 'inflation adj" checkbox on the Other income tab, and also the data in the custom spending model piece.

You may not have intended to save the latter, but if a user is running a series of "what-ifs" it really is somewhat inconvenient to have to re-enter that information each time. Thanks.

Minor nit: "For our purposes, failure means the portfolio was depleted before the end of the 30 years."

You issue this message even when I specify a non-zero minimum threshold for failure. And you also seem to continue depleting my portfolio even when I ask you to stop. I assume the only thing this parameter changes is the success rate.
