Request: Remove Flash dependency

Howdy! @dory36, could you look into changing from Flash to HTML5 for the few pages that still use Flash?

It looks like the "success rate" page that is used when using the "Investigate" tab might be the only page using Flash.

Rationale: Flash support will end late 2020. Major browsers will stop enabling it by default before then.

Flash EOL, no more security updates, browsers remove support entirely: 12/31/2020
Firefox disables flash by default: Sept 2019, Firefox 69
Chrome disables flash by default: July 2019, Chrome 76
Edge and IE disable flash by default: mid-to-late 2019
Safari: Flash already off by default
iPhone/iPad or Android phone/tablet: Flash not available

I can no longer get the "success rate versus AA" graph like I used to.

Where and what is this success rate page ?

Just posting the URL would be fine, if the menu is deep.

"Investigate" tab, to the right of "Portfolio Changes". It might only show for supporters / people who donated.

Dying, but slowly. For now, it should still work in Edge, as well as Firefox and Chrome, even though it takes an extra click in those last two.

Itís something that bears looking into; it doesnít strike me as an emergency. Worst case, using the investigate tab will require a browser configuration change from mid-late 2019. Dec 2020 is still a ways off.

I'm running Linux, so I have additional hoops to jump through for Flash support (and I'd prefer not to). It's dying anyway, might as well fix it now for everyone, IMO.
