Results for Future Retirement

Greetings, since I am 31 today, I have delayed my retirement year out 34 years. While I can tell that the results page shows me the future value of my current portfolio, it's not as obvious if the future value of my indicated spending level is what has been used to judge the viability of my retirement plan. Does Firecalc calculate what my currently indicated spending level would be 34 years into the future and then subtract this against the future value of my portfolio? I realize this is a very basic question but I would be an idiot not to ask and to find out years from now that I assumed incorrectly. Thanks, Ian
