A small victory for systolic

Gave blood today.

BP: 122/82

That's the lowest systolic in at least 5 years.

Retirement been very very good to me.

Systolic matters (it was thought it didn't as recently as 10 years ago).

Not very much.

Need to start walking.

I find that my BP stays around 125/74 if I don't drink wine very often and stay away from caffeine. I think that regular exercise is key as well.

Khan, is your cholesterol level also within normal limits? That has been my sticking point. Can't seem to figure out how to lower the LDL.

I have no idea what my cholesterol levels are; maybe I should get them checked.
