ACA and HRA question

I retired in April of this year; partially because my company offered an HRA to entice us to retire. Since then, I've shown no income because we have enough (after taxed) savings to live on. Consequently, we get an ACA subsidy to cover most of our health insurance premium. Does the HRA ever get counted toward MAGI? Only when I request a reimbursement for a deductible? Never?

I was interested in this question too, so I searched and found indications that HRA reimbursements would not appear on your W2.

Since that's where corporations report compensation, I'd guess that it would not impact your MAGI.

I have an HRA and none of it is counted as income. I use it to pay my insurance premiums and spend it all every year.
