I have been waiting to see what the rates are in my state of NH and an article on Fox Business News led me to the HHS site where I found them (for single only at this time).
FYI. New Hampshire has only one provider in the Exchange, Anthem, and it is a State-Federal run partnership.
It also appears the Kaiser Obamacare subsidy calculator has been updated to allow for choice of one's state. Rates are within $16 annually of the info at HHS for a single man my age purchasing a Silver plan.
Many details are lacking as it indicates 4 Silver Qualified Helath Plans exist, cost is shown for lowest 2 and no other details. I am hoping one will be HSA qualified.
