Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum Differences

Has anyone seen the actual differences between the four levels of ACA coverage? What coverages are excluded? What are the actual price differnces?

Covered California has a booklet (link below) out that gives an idea of what to expect, but a lot of the specific plan details beyond minimum essential benefits and rates for all ages are yet to be published to my knowledge. We should get those as we approach the beginning of enrollment in October.
